Are your glitters and pigments approved for cosmetic use?

All our glitters and pigments are cosmetic grade, which means they are made with cosmetic approved colourants which are safe and approved for use on nails! 

Do you offer returns?

Yes, returns are accepted within 7 days if the item/s have not been damaged or opened. Please email customercare@glitter-gloss.com for return requests. Unfortunately we are not responsible for the cost of returning the item/s. We strongly recommend that you use a tracked service.

Can I cancel or amend my order?

If you change your mind after placing your order please email customercare@glitter-gloss.com. If the order is still being processed it may be cancelled/amended, if it has already been dispatched you will need to return the item/s once received to receive a refund.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do! See our delivery page for shipping times and prices. Please also note your order will not include additional taxes/customs charges that may be applicable to your country.
